My name is Nemanja. Over the past 10 years, I have helped over 500 people improve their physical and mental health through personalized training and a diet plan, while regularly measuring key progress' parameters.

Many years of experience in competitive swimming and functional fitness have helped me to see, above all, the great importance that fitness has on a person's physical and mental health.
In 2013, I incorporated my fitness and nutrition knowledge and experience into my body transformation club Legionari Elite Fitness (still in operation). I soon became a certified trainer and judge in functional fitness as well as the Serbian champion in kettlebell lifting in 2016.
My mentors were a key contributor in my quest for a holistic system that would enable me to help as many people as possible to transform their body to a healthy state. One of them is Carlos Castro, the founder of the global Strength Community movement. Carlos' experience working with thousands of people, including more than 30 Olympians and world champions, has helped me build my own system of training, nutrition and progress check-up.
Transforming the health of my clients is a complex process, and so I constantly acquire new practical knowledge with my experience of working with over 500 clients. That’s why in my list of certificates you will find everything from anatomy, metabolic balance and state-of-the-art stretching techniques to the creation of personalized training programs that adapt to each client, their individual starting condition and their desired results.
The biggest confirmation of the effectiveness of my approach is all the thank-you notes for changing not only the shape of their body but also how my clients feel about themselves.
MY APPROACH
1Taking measurements
During our first meeting, we will measure everything: from the general condition of your body and the percentage of body fat to the state of hormones and the way your hormones affect the creation of body fat. Also, a detailed measurement of the initial flexibility of your body will prevent the possibility of injury during training.
2Personalized program
The results of your body assessment combined with your personal goals will help me create a personalized training and nutrition plan for you. Since no two people have the same initial body condition and flexibility level, your training and nutrition plans are unique to YOU.
3Your body transformation
Regular training, daily diet monitoring and personal support will be enough to transform your body as well as your mind. In addition to your body’s physical improvement, exercise and a healthy diet will have a very positive impact on your mental health. 4Regular progress checks
Every 30 days, we will repeat all the measurements from Step 1. We’ll also review your progress and potentially optimize your personal program from Step 2.
After that, we move on to a new cycle from Step 3 and rinse and repeat until we reach the body and health you’ve been dreaming of.SERVICES
