5 key factors for great workout's energy and concentration

October 21, 2021

When people talk about energy, they usually think of caffeine and energy drinks. They certainly increase the energy, or "light the fire", but what happens to the fuel that gives energy to the fire?

If you always force yourself to have more fire in you, over time you will use up the "fuel" that makes the fire possible.

Your goal should be to have more fuel to light the fire. You get more fuel with quality sleep. And how do you get quality sleep?

Quality sleep means 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep, after which both your muscles and your mind recover.

1. Darken the bedroom;

2. Ventilate it and provide fresh air;

3. Let the room be a little cool;

4. Take the TV out of the room, and do not use the phone, computer or tablet for three hours before going to bed;

5. It is preferable to read a book immediately before going to bed.

How to test if the bedroom is dark enough?

Turn off all the lights, go to bed, and if after 5 minutes you can see your hand about a foot in front of your face, then it's not dark enough.

If you are on a protein diet and feel that you do not have enough energy, the solution for energy is to use more Himalayan salt. Providing energy right before training = BULLETPROOF COFFEE. Pour a teaspoon of MCT oil into coffee without sugar, or as a substitute, you can also use coconut oil and add a little unsalted butter or butter.
